Neighbourhood Plan

Formal 'making' of Lyneham and Bradenstoke Neighbourhood Development Plan 2020-2030

In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, there was a six-week period from the date on which the referendum results were declared to make a legal challenge. No legal challenges were made against the Neighbourhood Plan during this period.

Following an independent examination and a positive referendum result, Wiltshire Council decided to formally 'make' the Lyneham and Bradenstoke Neighbourhood Development Plan (the plan). The Lyneham and Bradenstoke Neighbourhood Development Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Wiltshire and the policies in the plan will be given full weight when assessing planning applications that affect land covered by the plan.
