Dear Lyneham and Bradenstoke,

The Council wishes to invite Community Engagement from Saturday 10th October – Saturday 17th October 2020 to review and feedback to the Parish Council on the WW1 initiative proposed for Bradenstoke. The scheme is outlined as follows: Below please find listed the trees and bushes available and also attached working group a draft plan for planting. The following has been proposed.

Plan:

• DIO - trees to be planted 2 metres from boundary for security and maintenance. (Awaiting written confirmation of this)

• 6 oaks allotment end of boundary fence Shrubs and hedging along boundary to dog walking field.

• Oaks along dog field/MOD boundary. Alder and walnut to fill gaps in planting. 3 firs along playing field and the dog walking field.
