Community COVID-19 Support Service

Update 30th March 2020

Many thanks for your replies and feedback to our last bulletin, it was pleasing to see how many people came forward to volunteer, a huge thank you to you all. If you would still like to volunteer, please contact the email below, your help will be appreciated.

One of the services people have asked us to provide was for us to produce a depository of help sheets in ONE place that people can access current, up to date information.

We have listened to what you wanted, as a result, we have produced a set of information sheets, based on your initial requests which are available on our website.

We will produce more, as people request them and when new information comes in. Please let us know what additional information you need by emailing us on

[email protected]

We would also like to let you know that Lyneham and Bradenstoke Parish Council now has a permanent landline phone number. Though this is primarily for Parish business we are going to make it available to everyone who is seeking advice during this difficult time.

The new number is 01249 561020 (Monday to Friday 1000 to 1600)

At present, it will be answered by either the Parish Clerk or a duty Councillor and will be available Monday to Friday 1000 to 1600. There will be times when we are not able to answer, if so, please leave a message with your name, phone number and a brief description of how we can help you and we will phone you back as soon as possible.
